Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products, order totals and any notes you submit. We keep the order reference, payment reference and payment status. Messages and voluntarily submitted reviews may also contain information you provide.

The hosting service may record technical data such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times for website operation, troubleshooting and security.

Why we use it

We process order and contact information to take steps at your request, fulfil orders, answer enquiries and handle returns. Security and service records are used for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the shop. Records may also be retained to meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Any optional use based on consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.

Card payments

Ziina processes card payments through its hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Payment references, amounts, currency and status are exchanged with Ziina so we can verify and reconcile orders. Ziina handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

Sharing and service providers

Information needed to operate the shop may be processed by our hosting provider, Ziina and delivery providers. If you contact us using WhatsApp or Telegram, that service processes your messages under its own terms. Where a provider processes data outside your country, its applicable data protection and transfer arrangements also apply.

Cookies and device storage

A session cookie supports security and administrator login. Your bag is kept in local storage on your device. You can remove these through your browser settings; doing so may clear the bag or end a signed-in session. We do not require advertising cookies for shopping.

Retention

We keep order and payment references for as long as required for fulfilment, returns, disputes and applicable accounting obligations. Enquiries and security records are retained only while needed for their stated purpose, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights
